According to the organization, this speculation endangers the income and employment of domestic hauliers, reduces the total amount of national tax payments, and causes a significant loss of business tax at the local governments of the settlements concerned, thus hindering the development of the region.

MKFE therefore calls on all actors in the domestic logistics sector to consider whether it would be worthwhile to operate a reliable system for the sake of the momentary profit, endangering the supply chain of the entire domestic and even the European Union as a whole.

MKFE also calls for immediate and effective cooperation from the government to protect the markets of the Hungarian haulage industry, because while the EU Mobility Package is a major blow to East Central European carriers, no one is protected by unethical business practices by Hungarian companies. behavior, primarily from third country carriers.

The advocacy service therefore calls for an immediate increase in freight rates, including the responsible co-operation of the issuers.
