Due to the experience of night checks carried out by limousine service providers, the authority had to act in several cases due to unauthorized passenger transport, lack of appropriate driving license or unacceptable technical condition.

  • In two cases, the government office had to deal with service providers who did not have the necessary licenses.
  • The authority has also taken away the registration certificate and license plate of a vehicle.
  • There was also a vehicle whose unacceptable technical condition prevented the government from banning traffic.
  • The offenders can also count on a temporary withdrawal of vehicles from the market, with an administrative fine of more than 600,000 forints.
  • In one case, the inspectors also found the lack of tachograph equipment.
  • In addition, a number of drivers did not have a driving license for driving limousines and professional training.
