Shortly after the end of World War II, Morgan decided to replace the brand's first four-wheeler, the 4/4, and begin production of the Plus 4. The car is made intermittently, but to this day it is made in Malvern, United Kingdom.
Just seventy years ago, the first Plus 4 was born in 1950, so Morgan celebrated its seventieth anniversary with a limited edition. They could not have celebrated in a more stylish way, as they wrapped the legendary model in gold and platinum. Although the company has recently switched to an aluminum platform for new cars, it has returned to steel for festive vehicles.
The cabin is embellished, including embroidered leather headrests, the dark gray upholstery for this car and the unique steering wheel show that this Morgan is different from the rest. Underneath the engine room is a re-tuned engine, which, with its sports exhaust, is capable of 182 hp. The classic-looking roadster achieves 100 km / h in seven seconds.
