The Audi Q3 and Q3 Sportback get a 245-horsepower hybrid powertrain. New products can be ordered from spring.
Audi presents its eighth plug-in hybrid type. The Q3 and Q3 Sportback brothers get the standard configuration: 1.4-liter, 150-horsepower TFSI turbocharged engine, 115-horsepower electric motor, 13 kWh battery pack, up to 50 km of purely electric range, EV mode up to 140 km / h.
The system output is 245 hp and the combined torque is 400 Nm. This accelerates front-wheel-drive models to 100 km / h in a healthy 7.3 seconds; the top speed is 210 km / h.
Because the 96-cell battery pack is installed under the floor in front of the rear axle, it does not, in principle, rob you of space inside. Practically but: both models lose 150 liters (Audi Q3 TFSI e 380/1375 liters, Audi Q3 Sportback TFSI e 380/1250.)
Charging the battery pack can be done in 3 hours and 45 minutes from a home AC wall charger.
