There are many vacant key positions at the Tesla plant in Berlin.
It seems that even with the promise of gigantic salaries, it is not an easy task for Tesla to fill some key positions in its new plant. This is indicated by an article in the German magazine Focus , according to which even last year's job offers are well above the company's side.
The plant to be launched this year in Grünheide near Berlin has a shortage of people, mainly in the technical management areas. For example, in the position of production manager, an employee with eight years of experience and “special skills” is being sought with an annual salary of EUR 300,000 - HUF 110 million. Peter Martins, former head of development at Audi, said in principle there should be no problem filling such a position in Germany, as there are not many companies that would pay more than € 150,000-200,000 for such a job.
