Free driving training will be organized for three hundred motorcyclists at the Moto Safety series of traffic safety events - informed HUMDA Magyar Autó-Motorsport és Zöld Mobilitás Development Agency Zrt.
After three last year, HUMDA's series of motorized road safety events will visit six stations this year. Participants at the Pécs-Pogány Airport (April 15), the Hungaroring in Mogyoród (April 22), the Szeged Airport (May 6), the DrivingCamp driving track in Zsámbék (June 24), the Rabócsi Ring in Máriapócs ( on July 16) and at the ZalaZONE Automotive Test Track in Zalaegerszeg (August 6).
The safety of motorcyclists is of paramount importance to HUMDA, and the knowledge to be learned is extremely useful for those who ride on two wheels again from the spring, they added.
According to the announcement, registrants will be able to take part in four hours of practical training and twice in one hour of theoretical lectures, among other things, to practice slalom, emergency braking, avoidance of obstacles and emergencies. 200 motorcyclists can take part in the training at the locations in Pécs, Szeged, Máriapócs and Zalaegerszeg, and 250-250 applicants will be accepted at the Hungaroring and DrivingCamp tracks - they explained.
The application opportunity will open a few weeks before the individual programs on humda.hu, details will also be available on the website and on the agency's community interfaces. It is expected that you will be able to apply for the first training from April 6
Citing the main patron of the event, László Palkovics, the government commissioner responsible for the development of motorsport and the priority given to traffic safety, they wrote that more than nine-tenths of road accidents are caused by human error, which can be significantly reduced by better prepared road users. "That is why I recommend all those involved to apply for the HUMDA Moto Safety program," said Minister of Innovation and Technology László Palkovics.
