McLaren 600LT

The English did not spend much time on the Hungaroring, and at the same time not only showed their customers the great choice, but also brought the McLaren's top model, the 800-horsepower Senna, to the Hungarian track. The main attraction, however, was the new model, the McLaren 600LT, which was already posted on the company's Instagram site, but now they have published a series of events with plenty of rubber smokers. McLaren has held a lot of shows, most of the racetracks and the most exotic places in the world, and now Hungaroring has joined this popular camp. Former Formula One former Bernie Ecclestone wanted to compete behind the Iron Curtain. Then China, Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union were raised and eventually called to Hungary. There was also a city park competition, but the new track was definitely a better place for them. Built on Mogyoród, Hungaroring was built on October 1, 1985 and completed in just 8 months. The first F1 race was followed by 200,000 spectators in August 1986, when Nelson Piquet took first place in front of Ayrton Senna and Nigel Mansell.

McLaren 600LT is the latest member of the Longtail series, which is tuned to the British sports car racing track but can be used on the road. To do this, they were first cut out of the weight of the base 570S, which was mostly achieved by using a lot of carbon elements. Carbon clamshell seats, for example, came directly from Senna. A total of 100 kilograms of carcasses were carved out, so the weight of the car was only 1247 kg. The chassis is also lighter and heavier, and has a 8 mm lower headroom and 10 mm front track for more precise handling. Thanks to the revised front splitter and the rear diffuser, the 74-mm-long car, which gave it an aerodynamically more lucky shape, became longer. The 600LT belly was completely wrapped, producing 100 kg of squeezing force at 250 rpm.

The 3.8-liter V8 engine with double turbocharger works in the McLaren 600LT, delivering 600 hp at 7,500 rpm. Next to it is between 5 500 and 6 500 torque of 620 Nm. From a standing position to a speed of 100, it accelerates in 2.9 seconds, up to a further 5.3 seconds until the 200th division. Its top speed is 328 km / h.
