The new schedule valid from December 11 brings more improvements and changes

According to the announcement, the Imre Kálmán EuroNight will go to Stuttgart instead of Munich, and will arrive in the capital of the state of Baden-Württemberg via Augsburg, Ulm, and Göppingen.

The train carries sitting, reclining and sleeping cars, it arrives at Stuttgart main station at 8:37 a.m. and departs from there for Budapest at 8:29 p.m., they wrote.

It was announced that the departure time of trains traveling to Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Germany via Szob, Párkány, and Bratislava will be slightly changed from December 11 due to track construction works on the Slovak railway network: the schedule of the Metropolitan and Hungária EuroCity trains, as well as the Metropol EuroNight trains, will change by a few minutes.
Báthory EuroCity, which connects Warsaw and Terespol with Budapest by touching the Sobi line, will also differ by a few minutes from the current one.

Mainly, the schedule of short-distance trains towards Transylvania will change, adapting to passenger needs, and access to Arad will continue to improve - read the announcement.

As it was written, the Zaránd InterCity train pair, which until now only ran between Szolnok and Arad, will depart from and arrive at the Keleti railway station.

The passenger train from Debrecen to Szatmárnémeti via Érmihályfalva will depart one hour earlier (8.05) and arrive (20.00), thereby leaving Budapest at 5.23 and arriving late in the evening - with a transfer in Debrecen - making the northern part of Partium accessible.

Two pairs of passenger trains continue to run between Mátészalka and Nagykároly - since the repeal of the epidemic schedule.

Towards Croatia, on the Pécs-Villány-Eszék railway line, a new international connection will be established, four pairs of trains will once again run daily: you can travel with one pair in the morning and three pairs in the afternoon.

The schedule between Budapest and Zagreb will also be changed, because based on the decision of the Croatian railway company, the international InterCity train pair Gradec-Tópart will only run between Budapest and Gyékényes during the year.

The schedule of short-distance trains in the direction of Slovenia will also be changed. Due to low utilization, some trains will no longer cross the border, Őrihódos station will continue to be accessible with three pairs of trains per day, while domestic trains will run more frequently between Őriszentpéter and Zalaegerszeg - read the announcement of MÁV-Start.
